Beryllium disposal

This message is a question to the group:

What are the EPA, state and/or other regulations that would apply to
beryllium use and disposal?

I know that the dust is extremely harmful when inhaled and causes
beryllium
disease.

Beryllium is used in many electronic and military components. Beryllium
dust is a RCRA P waste which applies to unused product.
