Converting energy conservation to environmental impacts

I have a client that is proposing to do an energy conservation project as a
Supplemental Environmental Project, for our CTDEP. What I am looking for, in
order to support his proposal, is a way to show the impacts of kilowatt hours
saved to environmental benefits, e.g., lbs. of C02 reduced, SO2 reduction,
barrels of oil saved, etc.

Can anyone guide me to such a place that we can use as a reference? Appreciate
any help you can give us.

Thanks,
