Screening P2 Opportunities

Jose-Luis Martinez,

There are many ways to screen P2 opportunities. A useful method promoted by
Bob Pojesak (a well known P2 expert) is referred to as "Bubble up, Bubble
down". You can read about it on his website at
http://www.pojasek-associates.com/Reprints/reprints.html under the heading
"Prioritizing P2 Opportunities.

It is a simple method that forces your team to consider two options at a
time, based on criteria you deem important (cost, ease of implementation,
waste reduction potential, etc) with the end result being a prioritized
list.

Hope this helps.
