annual LDAR at 10,000 ppm:  
reduce 320 tons of VOC/year
$10,000 capital investment
$90,000 annualized cost
(that's $288/ton, or a $0.94 per gallon recovery 
cost)

quarterly LDAR at 10,000 ppm:
reduce 511 tons of VOC/year
$10,000 capital investment
$140,000 annualized cost
(that's $270/ton, or a $0.88 per gallon recovery 
cost)

quarterly LDAR at 500 ppm:
reduce 706 tons of VOC/year
$10,000 capital investment
$200,000 annualized cost
(that's $276/ton, or a $0.90 per gallon recovery 
cost)
