RE: Universal Format for recording P2 success stories

The southwest P2 center has a terrific tool for collecting and distributing case studies. I don't won't to volunteer their time, but if you asked them nice they might format it to fit your website. You could collect the studies online, http://p2.utep.edu/success/addstory1.cfm and it would display either your case studies or could give users the option of seeing hundreds of others http://p2.utep.edu/success/index.cfm. I am working closely with them on this project and it wouldn't be technically difficult to do.

My experience with collecting case studies is that no matter what format you collect them in you need to do a lot of follow up to make sure the study is complete. The people who implement the best projects are often busy (successful people often are) and need a lot of follow up to get the case study to include cost savings, pollution prevented etc... We do a lot of this legwork for them, then get them to review and approve/edit the case study.

Deb,

The Colorado Interagency Environmental Network put together a compendium of
P2 success stories as a possible model for others. You can see the
compendium and study the format used by visiting

Subject: Universal Format for recording P2 success stories

Could anyone on the List service recommend a simple and generic format for
recording P2 success stories?
I am looking for something simpe that accomodate a wide variety of P2
success
stories in a broad spectrum of business and industries.
Thank you
