Has a lot of information on the 140 fees we collect.  An interesting point is that our agency is largely fee funded.

I am interested in compiling a reference of environmental program fee
packages (such as fees for permits, discharges, etc.) that include fee
reduction or other incentives for P2, or sustainability type of efforts.
 Does anyone know of ongoing or proposed fee packages like this or know
how I can locate this information?
