RE: Pollution Prevention promotional banner



At the Minnesota Office of Environmental Assistance, the tagline for our 
pollution prevention resources is "Pollution Prevention: Right from the Start!"

Our waste reduction campaign has been using the slogan: "Reduce waste: If 
not you, who?"

Or you can always go with some variant of "an ounce of prevention beats a 
pound of cure" like the recent NPPR facility P2 planning report did.
