Re: Required P2 Plan

Tomas, I found 4 reports that may be of interest:
1. There is an NPPR white paper called "Facility P2 Planning
Requirements: An Overview of State Program Evaluations: the Nuts and
Bolts" that was done in 1997. There is a directory of state P2 programs,
which is out of date, but I can't put my finger on it.
2. Business Roundtable did a "Benchmarking Study of P2 Planning" in
1998.
3. There's a good GAO report on P2, "EPA Should Strengthen Its Efforts
to Measure and Encourage P2".
4. There's a report done by Michele Ochsner of Rutgers called
"Mandatory vs. Voluntary P2: An Evaluation and Comparison of State
Approaches" in which she looks at NJ, Texas and Illinois.
I will send you hard copies of all 4,

I have been told that there is a document summarizing the state
programs that require P2 Planning, and what the programs entail. I
looked on the NPPR site and couldn't find it, does anyone have an
idea/link?
