Re: P2 and Cement Kilns



Jeff,
   I assume you're referring to solely waste incineration in cement kilns.  
You can check with CIEC (www.cieconline.net)to see what
resources they have.
   Scott already offered WBCSD's Sustainable Cement project, and I'm 
seconding it
as an endorsement.

  If you're also asking about energy recovery in the cement process, 
both should also
help in that regard .  

Given all the waste materials that the U.S. alone sends to China, 
assessing pollution generation is
definitely needed.  They should bear in mind that beyond any RESOURCE 
they find to help them,
monitoring the PROCESS is critical.
