Re: spray booth Dry filter media to neutralize voc odors, not mask

Does neutralize odor mean to chemically change the odor causing compound
to a non-odor (or less odor) causing compound? I have never seen a
paint booth filter that claimed to do this.

There are some spray booths in which the exhaust air passes through an
activated carbon rotor, fixed bed carbon adsorber or fludized bed carbon
adsorber to remove VOC from the exhaust. The carbon rotors are
concentrators which are usually desorbed to an oxidizer.

Does anyone have information on vendors that provide dry filters for
paint spray booths that neutralize voc odors, not mask them...I have
heard of carbon filters, but cannot find a supplier for this
application?
