Subject: Less Toxic Adhesive For Foam & Fabric

I am assisting a manufacturer of foam cushions, who is looking for a less toxic adhesive to bond fabric and foam.  They are currently using a spray adhesive that is 65% methylene chloride.  Does anyone know of an adhesive for this application that contains fewer toxics?  Have hot melt adhesives been used for this purpose?
