Industrial phosphating waste

One of WMRC's engineers came to me with an interesting request. I'm hoping the P2Techers can help me out. He wants to know how much iron/zinc/industrial phosphating waste is disposed of annually in the U.S.

I've done some poking around on the web and in a couple of article databases without much success. Any ideas you have for sources would be much appreciated.

Please reply to the list and copy Todd Rusk at trusk@wmrc.uiuc.edu. He's not subscribed to P2Tech.

Many, many thanks.

Laura B.
