P2 Technical Assistance Effectiveness

Many of you have already seen this, but it was suggested that it be posted to the entire P2tech listserve.
The Massachusetts Office of Technical Assistance (MA OTA) has posted the results of a study of their onsite pollution prevention technical assistance program on their website.  This study examined Toxics Use Reduction Act (TURA) reports by companies visited by the MA OTA, and compared reductions with companies not visited.  Most companies made reductions as a result of being covered by TURA, but those visited had greater reductions than those not visited.   Anyone interested in the impact of onsite P2 technical assistance services or the Toxics Use Reduction Act, or the value of toxics use reporting, should check out the findings of this study.
