New Haz Waste Manifest - Effective Sept. 5th

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

Effective September 5, 2006, a new hazardous waste manifest
form must be used by hazardous waste generators, transporters and
disposal/treatment facilities for new shipments of hazardous waste.
