Pollution Prevention Projects Manager position in Reno, Nevada

The Nevada Small Business Development Center’s Business Environmental Program (BEP), of the University of Nevada at Reno, is seeking an energetic, self starter who understands federal hazardous waste regulations/pollution prevention, and business operations/processes. The position is for our Reno office. The person will be responsible for working with other BEP Specialists to lead the marketing and delivery of statewide environmental management and pollution prevention technical assistance services to business and government operations, and for implementing special projects. Technical knowledge of hazardous waste/pollution prevention, presentation skills, good communication, and experience with maintaining or managing websites is highly desirable.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and four years of experience in environmental management or with an environmental regulatory agency. The salary range is $55,000-$65,000 with full benefits.
