US Green Building Council http://www.usgbc.org/ 
See http://www.usgbc.org/Chapters/ChapterList.aspx?CMSPageID=191&; for chapters--several in FL

These may not give you a list of firms but I'd think that architects affiliated with the local chapters would be among those to consider.
