revise the Green Seal Environmental Standard for Compact Fluorescent
Lamps/Energy Efficient Lighting, GS-5.

invitation to participate in the review of the proposed revised standard,
background information about the revisions, and the proposed revised standard

are soliciting comments on the proposed revised standard until December
