Title: The winner of this year's ChemAlliance Christmas Song Parody Contest is....

The winner of this year's ChemAlliance Christmas Song Parody Contest is Rick Yoder, Director of the Pollution Prevention Regional Information Center (P2RIC).  P2RIC strives to improve resource sharing between the programs, businesses, and agencies of EPA Region 7 (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska) that provide waste reduction services and expertise to business and industry.

And though Rick is a long-time and dear friend, that has absolutely nothing to do with his selection as this year's winner.

The fact that his was the sole entry, however, may have influenced the judges.

Rick will receive a framed enlargement of our Christmas card photo (taken by yours truly), or any other photo of his choice.

Rick's entry is "The Twelve Reasons for a Green Christmas," and clearly calls out to be sung to the tune of "The Twelve Days of Christmas."

More information, and Rick's winning entry, can be viewed on ChemAlliance.org

Happy Holiday Season, everyone.  Thanks for once again humoring a middle aged P2 nerd with the attention span of a hummingbird.
