Hi All, Is anyone aware of any new “green”
developments for stripping finishes from wood? Here’s the range of
materials that need to be stripped: Primarily: lacquers
(nitrocellulose and acrylic), shellac, varnish (natural resins,
polyurethane, conversion varnish). Occaisionally: polyester,
latex paint, and alkyd enamels. If someone has a personal opinion on their
top 2 or 3 stripping chemicals/processes -- from an environmental, health, safety
and performance point of view -- I’m interested. Thanks! Monica *********************************** Monica M.
