with no experience in what was being searched for, i just googled on "biodegradable hydraulic oil" and there seems to be a number of companies out there that can provide them, depending on the application.
but, the titanic's biodegradeable too so.......

Would either of you ladies have current information on biodegradable hydraulic oil-specifically for elevator systems?  Anything out there worthy of buying that will minimize the need for clean-up in areas where groundwater will not be impacted?
