2007 Great Lakes Science and Industry Days

Reminder - Please mark your calendars - The 2007 Great Lakes Science and Industry Days conference will be held January 23 through 26th, 2007 at the Great Lakes Maritime Academy and the Holiday Inn West Bay in Traverse City Michigan. The 2007 Conference will start with a variety of engineering and deck training topics at the GLMA beginning the afternoon of Jan 23rd and continuing the morning of Jan 24th. Topics will be taught in small groups using the State of Michigan, the academy labs and facilities to provide a "hands on" training experience. Concurrent sessions wil be repeated so that attendeess can select a variety of training. Conference plenary sessions will begin on the 24th in the afternoon at the Holiday Inn. A science vessel business session will be planned for 4 to 6pm Wednesday evening. The vendors reception will be held Thursday evening and the conference will wrap up around noon on Friday. Your suggested improvements to this annual program have resulted in improvements to this year's program and are sincerely appreciated. A more detailed agenda will be sent out soon.
