Greetings All - The revised agenda and registration information about
the 2007 Industry Days event and our Great Lakes Association of Science
Ships (GLASS) science vessel coordination workshop is now posted on our
web page at: www.canamglass.org
This event is being held in coordination with the Great Lakes Captain's
Association and the Great Lakes Maritime Academy at the GLMA and the
Holiday Inn West Bay in Traverse City, Michigan January 23-26th. We
anticipate a great turn out and hope you will join us. Please note that
a GLASS business session is scheduled for 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm on the
24th.
Also please be aware that both the GLCA and GLASS are sending out
information about this event to all our members to ensure that we don't
miss anyone, so you may receive e-mails from both organizations. You
only need to register once for the program and all the information is
shared between everyone on the organizing committee. Also, note that
the training sessions on the 23rd and the 24th at the GLMA are being
offered in small, repeated concurrent sessions to provide a quality
training experience. Those sessions will be filled up and organized
during the training registration on the 23rd and 24th as per the agenda.
The training is included with the conference registration fee at no
additional cost. Please contact me or anyone on the GLASS steering
committee (Cc'd above) for more information.
I hope to see you in Traverse City - best regards - Mark
