Draft GLOSS Science Vessel Work Plan for review and comment

At the following link you will find a draft update of the GLOS Science
Vessel work plan based on the discussion of a GLOS workgroup. We will be
discussing this as one of the topics during the science vessel
coordination meeting next week in Traverse City. We hope to gather input
and revise the plan; accordingly, your input would be appreciated.
