   Actually, I believe that there's a State law requiring townships to
allow mobile home construction. This law came about (again, this is what
I've been told) as a economic equality issue - townships should not be able
to exclude the less wealthy, who are the usual customers for mobile homes.

   And, if a township does not identify in advance (in the master plan)
where they want the mobile homes, then a landowner can demand that his/her
particular parcel should be the mobile home spot.
