I think you're correct Bob, but my understanding of the situation is that
developers in Manchester, Sharon, and other townships are sidestepping the
master-planned mobile home areas and trying to get the townships to rezone
agricultural land for mobile home development.  So other than putting
pressure on the townships to not allow this type of activity (at the risk of
follow-up lawsuits by the developers), there isn't much that can be done
other than what Barry proposes.
