Re: SG-W:/ Bluffs

Doug and All who are working on the Bluffs protection,

This is great news to read upon returning home. Congratulations to all
of you who have been working so hard. All of us who have been working to
protect Malletts Creek Forest (a.k.a. Audubon Woods) know the nature of
that work and how much of a difference citizen organizing can make.
It's important to keep focusing on water quality issues so the Planning
Commission and City Council are reminded to use the tools they already
have, that citizens are knowledgeable and care about these issues, and
that they can even strengthen the guidelines and enforcement with
respect to water quality protection.

I look forward to many steps forward for land and water protection, and
to working with such dedicated folks on these efforts over the coming
year.

Jeannine
