The Senate heard testimony on the Use Value package this week.  The Farming,
Agribusiness and Food Systems committee passed the constitutional amendment
and will probably report the remainder of the package on Tuesday or
Wednesday.  The House will begin taking testimony on the package on Tuesday
at 8 a.m.  We are still waiting for an adequate recapture provision.  

To block bad public policy, everyone should write or call their legislators
and insist that SJR M or HJR R not be passed until the governor has signed
recapture language into law.
