People should be aware that the News has several revenue streams related to
development.  First and foremost is advertising.  They publish "The Buyer's
Guide for Homes in the Greater Washtenaw County Area".  The current issue is
72 pages of real estate advertising.  Then there's the immense real estate
section in the Sunday newspaper (at least it used to be that way).  Last,
and probably least, is the additional revenue from subscriptions.

I switched from the print to the online edition of the AA News about a year
and a half ago.  I don't particularly miss the editorials.
