SG-W:/Stewardship Day Saturday

The Washtenaw-Potawatomi Land Trust is holding a stewardship day at its
Creekshead Nature Preserve this Saturday, April 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00
p.m. We will be continuing to establish trails on the property and picking
up trash along the roadside. All are welcome to attend and enjoy this
beautiful 27 acre mature beech-maple-basswood forest. Wear sturdy boots and
clothes appropriate for the weather and bring hand saws, loppers, clippers,
work gloves and your own water and food.

Directions from Ann Arbor: take Pontiac Trail north to N. Territorial Rd.
and turn right. Go 2.5 miles east to Curtis Rd. and turn left. Go one mile
north to the preserve, which is on the west side of the road. Park along
Curtis on either side, and please be careful as there is a good bit of
traffic that travels fast through there.
