SG-W:/ McDonough at UM

William McDonough will give the opening lecture at the UM College of
Architecture and Urban Planning on  Wed., Sept. 12, at 6 p.m.  The talk
will take place at the Crysler Center on North Campus (enter through
Pierpont Commons on Murfin).

McDonough, of Charlottesville, VA, is an architect, activist, and
environmental advocate whose work has focused on sustainability in design.
His clients include Nike, Gap, and Herman MIller Inc.  He is currently
working with the Ford Motor Company on the development of the Ford Rouge

The event is free and open to the public.
