The Washtenaw Land Trust and the Real Estate Section of the Washtenaw
County Bar Association are presenting this legal seminar for attorneys,
certified public accountants, financial planners, professors and other
interested parties.

The speaker is Steve Small, the nation's leading authority on private land
protection options and strategies and author of Preserving Family Lands
and The Federal Tax Law of Conservation Easements.
