CONFERENCE CALLS

PBT Reduction Strategy Team-wide conference calls will occur bi-weekly every other Wednesday at 1:30pm central time for 90 minutes, commencing January 5, 2005 through July 6, 2005. The call-in numbers for biweekly calls are alsways the same (866) 299-3188, International call in number: (706) 758-1822, Conference code: 60604.The drafting team will hold conference calls as deemed necessary by team leaders.
 

Scheduled Conference Calls

The next Toxic Pollutant Strategy Team conference call will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2005 at 2 pm, Central Time (3pm Eastern). The call wil last 90 minutes. An agenda
will be distributed prior to the call. The dial in number for the call is (866) 299-3188, international is (706) 758-1822, access code 60604. An agenga for the call will be distributed in advance and the comments recieved during the public comment period will be posted to this website.


How to join a conference call

Conference calls are facilitated by “The Teleconferencing Center.” Only registered strategy team members can participate in the conference call. (Click here to register for a strategy team.)  Once you have registered, you will receive conference call notices, which will include the call-in number and access code.

How to log on to conference call website

The Teleconferencing Center has a website that contains useful information about conference calls, recordings of calls (if available), and other resources. The website is www.teleconferencingcenter.com/index.htm. Registered users will have access to Strategy Team resources.
