      Mobile lab helps EPA analyze St. Clair Shores PCB outbreak faster and 
more efficiently

      EPA chemists set up shop in a high-tech mobile lab in St. Clair Shores 
on Monday to begin a five-week project to collect and analyze hundreds of 
soil samples as they work to hunt down the source of PCB contamination.
