Great Lakes Research Center & USCG Cutter Alder

The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Alder recently placed a navigational buoy in the 
Keweenaw Waterway, near the Great Lakes Research Center. The center is under 
construction at Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan.

Wind causes damage, high lake waves
