Great Lakes lake levels still below average

Lake Michigan-Huron, hydrologically one lake connected at the Straits of 
Mackinac, is a foot below its long-term average, according to the Great 
Lakes Hydraulics and Hydrology Office of the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.
