Valpo to look at buying Lake Michigan water

Great Lakes emergency dredging gets OK from Michigan House committee

Emergency dredging in the Great Lakes moved a step closer to reality Wednesday when Michigan's House Appropriations committee approved spending $20.9 million to clear 49 bays and harbors. The supplemental bill now only needs approval from the full House of Representatives before it moves to Gov. Rick Snyder for his signature. Source: Lansing State Journal (3/13)
