Can an agency best known for damming and dredging the natural environment
also restore habitat? A proposed federal investment in Great Lakes cleanup
has earmarked $16 million for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to restore
coastal wetlands, aquatic habitats and fish passage. Check out Echo's latest
