Maybe at tomorrow's  rally we need to converge on the speakers  office.

Dillon, the leader of the Democratic controlled House, at times sounded  
longtime Republican themes, advocating bold tax reform and regulation, and  
building a entrepreneurial encouraging and business friendly climate in the  
state. However, he offered few specifics. "We have a perception that we're 
not a  friendly place to business," he said, citing as an example the state 
Department  of Environmental Quality delay in issuing air permits to two 
proposed coal-fired  power plants.
