EM:/ Siloxanes/Dow Corning - correction

Correction.

In my posting about the Dow Corning FR notice and Midland, MI
manufacture of them, I said siloxanes are silicon-carbon compounds. I would have been 
more accurate to say that siloxanes are silicon-oxygen compounds that will also 
contain hydrogen, and sometimes carbon and chlorine depending on the specific structure.
