EM:/ Rx for sturgeon

Minnesota officials are dumping rocks into a river in hopes of aiding the
spawning efforts of sturgeon. And federal officials are seeking a piece of
the $475 million Great Lakes restoration funds Congress is considering to
assess the load of pollutants in this giant and ancient Great Lakes denizen.
