The U.S. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) is hosting a series of 
public meetings throughout the Great Lakes Basin on the President's Great 
Lakes Restoration Initiative.

Please show support for the Great Lakes by attending the EPA Meeting on 
Monday, August 3 from 5 to 7pm in East Lansing.

The President's <http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/budget/>2010 Budget provides 
<http://yosemite.epa.gov/opa/admpress.nsf/bd4379a92ceceeac8525735900400c27/50698106f016dcdf852575af0055f1a2%21OpenDocument>$475 
million in EPA's budget for a new Environmental Protection Agency-led, 
interagency Great Lakes restoration initiative, which will target the most 
significant problems in the region, including invasive aquatic species, 
non-point source pollution, and contaminated sediment.
