EM:/ Michigan Supreme Court denies Dow dioxin class action

I hate to ask, and maybe this displays my ignorance (and my laziness 
- I don't want to read a 70-page ruling!) but I'd be grateful if 
someone could more clearly explain what this ruling means, even if 
it's brief. I'm lost!
