GLIN==> No stimulus dollars for new Soo Lock in Michigan

The Great Lakes shipping industry is shocked the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers has not included the second Poe-sized lock at Sault Ste.
Marie, Michigan in the projects it will fund with its share of Federal
stimulus dollars.  The project was shovel-ready, would have created
thousands of jobs, and ensured the free flow of vital raw materials on
the Great Lakes for decades to come.  See attached news release for more
