July 27, 2009 - Environmental Consulting & Technology (ECT), Inc., a nationally renowned natural resources management and policy firm, has opened an office in Chicago, Illinois, to better serve its public and private sector clients in the Great Lakes Region. The new office is located at 125 South Wacker Drive, Suite 300, Chicago, IL 60606, and the telephone number is 312-421-0444.

This is our firm's eighth office within the Great Lakes region, and is intended to better serve our clients by providing a broader geographical reach and access to high-end technical capabilities," said Dr. Larry Danek, the Firm's President, "We take our relationships with our federal, state, and local clients very seriously and look forward to continuing to assist them by providing a wide variety of successful engineering and scientific services focused on the Green Infrastructure based protection and restoration of the Great Lakes basin". 

The team offers extensive experience in a full range of technical, analytical, and logistical services and expertise in environmental and natural resources management. Specializing in water conservation planning and engineering, ECT's Chicago staff includes policy expert Mr. Jeffrey Edstrom, and former EPA-veteran Mr. Jim Filippini, and represents part of the firm's corporate-wide water resources practice, which is led by Vice President Dr. Sanjiv Sinha.

 

Through the Chicago office, clients will also have access to ECT's firm-wide petroleum, contaminated site restoration, and power/renewable energy sector practice line professionals, who are able to meet the needs of current and future clients in numerous areas.
