GLIN==> Funding opportunities from NOAA for habitat restoration

NOAA has three national funding opportunities currently open for habitat
restoration.  This includes the following three programs:

*	NOAA Coastal and Marine Habitat Restoration National and Regional
Partnership Grants (proposals due Sept. 30, 2009) 

*	NOAA Marine Debris Program - Community-based Marine Debris Removal
Grants (proposals due Oct. 31, 2009) 

*	NOAA Open Rivers Initiative (proposals due Nov. 16, 2009)
