GLIN==> REMINDER: July 19th deadline for submitting preproposals to the Great Lakes Protection Fund

Please keep in mind that preproposals responding to the Great Lakes
Protection Fund's "Healthy Uses, Healthy Waters" Request for
Preproposals (RfP) are due by Midnight, Sunday, July 19th.
