The government is forcing the automakers to 
build more fuel efficient cars and trucks.  
Federal fuel economy standards are being 
raised.  Not a lot, but it's the first time 
they've been raised in a long time.  

And the first part in our week-long look at 
the future of coal.  Lester Graham looks at

the airwaves.  What is "clean  coal"?  And
