Lakes from people inside or outside the basin. Dave was asked "If there are
six quadrillion gallons of water in the Great Lakes, wouldn't the removal of
hundreds of millions or even billions of gallons be difficult to discern?
What's the harm, especially if it is taken for those communities that need
it?
