Ecology Department at Michigan Farm Bureau. Scott serves as a co-chairperson
of the Michigan Water Resources Conservation Advisory Council and served on
the Advisory Committee to the Council of Great Lakes Governors for the
development of the Great Lakes Compact and is a participant in Great Lakes
Restoration efforts.
