All kinds of ships have been caught dumping oil in the ocean so they don't
have to pay for proper disposal.  Rebecca Williams reports that the annual
amount is more than eight times the Exxon Valdez spill.

And... thawing tundra in Alaska releases carbon and contributes to global
warming.  Amy Mayer met one scientist who actually wants to thaw some tundra
in order to study it.
